Du Val’s Private Equity Real Estate funds provide co-investment opportunities for qualifying wholesale and institutional investors to co-invest in development projects at the earliest stage of the investment cycle.

Our Private Equity Real Estate Funds charge an annual fee of 1% per annum on assets under management (AUM) but do not charge a performance fee.

Build to
Rent Funds

Du Val’s Build to Rent funds are established to build and retain for long term investment, large scale residential communities. These communities often include centralised facilities, providing amenity and security of tenure for occupants and an institutional grade investment for owners. Returns are comprised of a fixed return from the coupon received during the construction phase, income as landlord once stabilised occupancy has been achieved and growth of the asset value over time.

Our Build to Rent Funds do not charge any management or performance fees.
