Bricks & Mortar
We only invest in short term land positions and bricks & mortar investments such as Build to Rent or Buy-to-Let accommodation. These projects are always underpinned by key infrastructure, rental demand, employment hubs, amenity and proximity to transport links.

Since 1981 Auckland real house price growth (adjusted for inflation) has been 4.5% compounded annually (Reserve Bank of New Zealand Bulletin, Vol. 79) compared to the rest of New Zealand at 2.5%.
Infrastructure
We invest in projects situated in close proximity to key infrastructure and employment hubs. Government investment in infrastructure is an indication of an area’s growth. This is particularly true for Auckland’s southern corridor, which is home to infrastructure projects like Middlemore Hospital, Auckland Airport and MIT.
